What exactly do you do for a career?

“I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker, Investor and Inspirational Speaker.”

What was the process for you to find what you wanted to do?

“I Started out as a club and concert promoter. I promoted my first event at the age of 16. By the age of 22 I became one of the biggest promoters in the NY Long Island area. The entertainment business taught me hardwork and determination. I remember being out at clubs almost every night of the week passing out flyers, leaving flyers on cars, speaking to people to advertise my event. There were nights when no one showed up it would be me, the Dj’s and staff. It was hard work. I gave the entertainment business my all but just never made the money I deserved. I met a friend during this time and he explained I should get started in Real Estate. I can still promote but I will be promoting bigger Items and making alot more money. I declined his offer several times before finally saying yes to the offer to get started in Real Estate. I decided to sign up for the Real Estate Courses. Once I got into the Real Estate courses it was like a dream come true. I discovered knowledge I was never given as a child; it changed my life. Once I got started in Real Estate within 2 years I hit the six-figure mark.”

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

“The most rewarding part of my job is helping people to acquire their first home. I have people literally cry to me saying “I thought I could never purchase a home and you made that possible for me and my family”.”

Can you tell us about your company/job/hustle?

“I’m a licensed Real Estate broker. My team brokers about 600 Real Estate transactions yearly. I have a team of about 150+ Real Estate agents at the moment. I’m a Real Estate investor. I fix and flip properties, buy, and hold properties.”

What do you want your audience to know?

“I started from the bottom. I was given an opportunity and I took advantage of that opportunity. It was not an easy road to get where I’m at today.”

What is your greatest success so far?

“My greatest success so far is helping the members on my team to hit 6 figures. It’s one thing for me to make alot of money but the true blessing is how many families you can help along the way.”

Where did you grow up?

“I grew up in Uniondale NY.”

Where are you from?

“I was born in Burnt Savannah Westmoreland Jamaica. I moved to the United States at the age of 5.”

What are some of the challenges you faced along the way?

“The challenges I faced earlier on is not having the money and resources to chase my dreams. I remember arriving at my first Real Estate closing sweating because my car had no A/C in it. I had a 1996 Honda Accord with a loud muffler. I used to park it around the corner so customers wouldn’t hear me pull up.”

What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur?

“It takes hardwork and determination to become a successful entrepreneur. Seeing and believing in something that others may not see yet.”
