Rapper Compound Shares Life in his Music

LA is home to Madison, Wisconsin, born Rapper Compound. He has always been involved in music and business one way or another and finally began as an artist two years ago. His music journey has not been easy, however. Prison time and the death of his father threatened to halt any life progress. But Compound has turned this into meaning for his music as he revealed in a personal interview that he hopes listeners will take away “a piece of my life.”

Early on in his career, Compound discovered his talent for the industry’s business side and has spent time creating lasting connections. He began hosting exclusive parties with established rap artists. He shortly after started working with a wide range of rappers, producers, songwriters, DJs, such as Meek Mill, Ty Dolla $ign, The Game, Jim Jones, Dizze Rascal, Dr. Luke, DJ Mustard, Alex Da Kid, Scott Storch, and Araab Muzik to name a few. He now focuses on developing, managing, and rebuilding talent while diving deeper into the music scene.

Now, Compound is an established recording artist, headlining regional events with radio success and millions of streams. He’s gifted at creating colorful and immersive soundscapes, and his compositions always poignantly express his inner thoughts, feelings, and ideas. He’s inspired by a wide range of genres, which gives him the talent to create all music.
