Upnext: TommyHill
Hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania TommyHill is an artist that is quickly on the rise. Despite starting his music career less than a year ago, the young talent has been gaining ground by releasing music that cuts deeps and is relatable to a broad range of people.
TommyHill began making music because he found it was a place he could go to express his pain and live out his story. Inspired by the likes of Lil Wayne, he pens in lyrics when he’s feeling low. TommyHill said, “when people listen to my music I want them to know your not alone I know how it feels to loose everybody you loved and have the whole world abandon you.” A turning point in TommyHill’s life was when he watched his mother pass away.
Often writing about his hurt and painful struggles, TommyHill has a unqiue gift of putting people in his shoes. He has became a voice for many people who are struggling just like he has. TommyHill commented on how his music has affected people by saying, “my greatest achievement as a artist so far is just seeing how much my music have a effect of people lives already I receive daily text of people telling me how my music got them past the hardest parts of they life, and how I’m their voice and need to keep pushing.”
The young creative is currently teamed up with manager TK, and the team has been making moves side by side ever since they met. TommyHill has taken his business even a step further by releasing his own branded pair of shoes called the“2x Collection”. He also works beside producer/engineer Tree Burke who helps him craft his sound.
With a new dropped titled “First Ten” set to be released soon, TommyHill and his team plan to make big moves in the coming year. The single’s cover art is previewed below:
